On Saturday evening (20th March) Old Sarum Flying School held a "Pearls of Wisdom" meeting which was open to all in the Skies Cafe.

Instructors from the flying School gave well presented and interesting briefings to a large number of people who attended. Subjects covered were navigational tips during a diversion, flying to France and what to say and do when things are not going well when flying.

People made various comments during and at the end of the evening from 'how good the food was' and 'how quickly it arrived' to praising the instructors for such 'an informative and at times very funny' briefing.

The school are going to present more of these "Pearls of Wisdom" briefings in the future and we will of course let you know exactly when here. If you are registered on our site then you will also receive an e-mail with all the information.
