David Scouller is a well known figure in the flight training industry. He spent 35 years in the RAF in front line squadrons, test flying and heading up the Empire Test Pilot's School (RAF Boscombe Down) and instructing the PPL / CPL / FI / CRI courses and has held a professional licence for over 40 years.
