30 APRIL 2017
Join us on the fourth Sunday (except this month!) of every month for this informal get-together for VW owners and enthusiasts.
Bring along your VW to our 100 year old airfield for a unique, relaxing and free day out.
Arrivals from 11am
Hot and cold food and drinks will be available from the Airfield's Skies Cafe.
The toilets are located next to the cafe. There is a disabled toilet available.
The Boscombe Down Aviation Collection will be open - unlike most other museums they encourage you to get up close to the aircraft and even sit in the cockpits. All drivers bringing their VWs will be given reduced-price entry.
Please adhere to a few rules...
- There are allocated parking areas - please park where you are asked to and don't park on any area that has hatched markings.
- Do not walk or drive onto the airfield itself, it is active so will have planes and helicopters landing and taking off.
- Dogs are welcome, but because it's an active airfield they must be on leads.
- Please be respectful and don't litter.
Drive safe and we'll see you there!
